- Do not drink tea at the empty stomach because can increase stomach acid production.
- Avoid drinking tea mixed with sugar because will reduce substance contain in tea..
- Do not drink tea remaining all night because the tea is oxidated and stale so that the impact is not good for your body.
- Avoid drinking tea during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Because caffeine and stimulative substances in tea can stimulate uterus contraction. Beside for breastfeeding mothers will disrupt gland production of milk.
